The district offers the following services to the population:

• Information insemination through the District website
• A weekly radio programme highlighting some of the major activities in that particular week.
• The district showcases all activities and achievements of each quarter to the district residents
• A citizen report card has been introduced to enable residents to give an open opinion on the quality of services offered and how they can be best improved
• Conducting periodic trainings and workshops to the district employees as a way of improving their general workmanship.
