The Infrastructure component in Huye district is covered in a one scope that includes Land, Housing and Urban planning.

The principal objective of this development plan is to provide an instrument of planning, coordination and interventions in order to improve the living conditions of the population of the District and to ensure a cohesive and harmonious development.

Infrastructure has therefore been earmarked as one of the priority areas that aims at achieving the following:
